How is the furniture packed?
All our furniture are wrapped and packed in carton boxes. Some flat packed products (children furniture) require self-assembly.
I am not good at assembling furniture. What should I do?
Majority of our furniture does not require assembly. Only a small portion of children furniture needs self-assembly. We can refer you to a professional who will do on-site assembly for a small fee. When will my furniture be delivered?
If the item is in stock, delivery will take place within 2 weeks after receipt of final payment. For Sydney metro customers, there is an option for you to pick up from our warehouse. FSO staff will advise customers about any unforeseen problems.
What should I do if the furniture delivered damaged?
Since our furniture is well packed, damage rarely happens. However, you should inspect everything delivered and report any damages straight away. In the case of damages, please report to dispatch@furniturestore-online.com.au with photos of the damage, your name, address, contact numbers, invoice number, invoice date and model number & description. After we receive your notification, we will try to replace or repair the item as soon as possible.
How do we reward our regular customers?
A prepaid VISA gift card will be issued to each customer who makes a purchase. The credit in the VISA card will depend on how much you purchased. The more you purchase, the higher the credit. Payment can be made by cash or EFTPOS (for warehouse pick up only), bank cheque, direct deposit into our bank account, credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, American Express * & Diners Card *) and Paypal.
